3D Robot Laser Welding System
The 3D Robot Laser Welding System is a comprehensive system platform for automated welding by industrial robots equipped with laser welders. It is mainly composed of three parts: robot system, laser welding system and auxiliary system: [Robot system] uses the famous Japanese Yaskawa robot, which adopts a six-axis linkage motion mode, can achieve three-dimensional welding, and has high positioning accuracy and a large processing range. It also has good safety, convenient operability and performance reliability. It can work continuously for 24 hours, effectively improving the labor intensity of workers and improving work efficiency; [Laser welding system] uses domestic high-end brand lasers and welding heads, which have the advantages of small thermal deformation, beautiful welds, high welding strength, stable welding quality, etc., which can avoid secondary grinding and further improve work efficiency; [Auxiliary system] includes positioners, fixtures and peripheral auxiliary equipment, etc. The scientific and reasonable use of auxiliary equipment such as positioners can make the robot and laser welder work closely and effectively, avoid collision between the welding head and the workpiece during welding, and ensure the welding focus position to ensure stable welding quality.
